PrestaShop Module Installation and Initial Setup

You purchase the module – we make it ready to use

Installing a PrestaShop module may only take a few clicks, but the first installation can involve uploading the correct package, installing Webstart Updater, reviewing the available settings and checking that the module works correctly in your store.

If you prefer not to handle these technical steps yourself, order our installation and initial setup service together with your selected module. We complete the setup for you and hand over the module with its basic configuration and operation checked.

What is included?

• 📦 Installation of the purchased module: we upload and install your selected WSC module in the specified PrestaShop store.
• 🔄 Webstart Updater installation: if this is your first WSC module and Updater is not installed yet, we install it as well.
• ⚙️ Module activation: we enable the functions required for the module to operate.
• 🛠️ Initial configuration: we complete the module’s standard starting settings.
• ✅ Functionality check: after installation, we perform a basic check to confirm that the module operates correctly in your store.

When is this service useful?

• 🆕 This is your first WSC module and Webstart Updater has not been installed yet.
• 🙌 You do not want to upload module packages or manage the installation yourself.
• ⚙️ You would also like us to handle the module’s initial configuration.
• 🔍 You want a specialist to check the module after installation.
• ⏱️ You would rather spend your time running your store than dealing with technical settings.

How does it work?

1. Select the WSC module you would like to purchase and add it to your basket.
2. Select “I would also like installation and initial setup”, or add this service to your basket separately.
3. After your order, we send you instructions for providing the required access securely.
4. Create a temporary PrestaShop administrator account for the installation.
5. We install, activate and configure the module, then check its operation.
6. The temporary administrator account can be deleted after the work is complete.

We do not ask for your password during checkout

Do not enter your store administrator username or password on the product page, in the basket or in the order message. After your order, we send separate instructions explaining how to create a temporary administrator account for the installation.

This means you do not need to share your own administrator password. The temporary account can be removed once the installation has been completed.

No automatic remote access to your store

The WSC licence server does not remotely install modules and does not sign in to your online store. The connection is always initiated by Webstart Updater running inside your own PrestaShop installation. For manual installation, we only use the temporary administrator account created by you.

If you already use Webstart Updater

If Webstart Updater is already installed in your store, a purchased but not yet installed module can be installed from the Updater page with one click. If you are comfortable doing this yourself and do not need help with the module’s configuration, you do not need this service.

Choose this service when you would like us to handle the installation, initial configuration and first functionality check for you.

Important information

• The service covers the installation and initial configuration of one purchased WSC module in one PrestaShop store.
• The module itself is not included in the service fee and must be purchased separately.
• This is a virtual service and does not include physical delivery.
• No separate module licence is issued for the installation service.
• The installed module’s own licence, update and support terms remain unchanged.
